Job Title:  Senior consultant | SAP CPI | Bengaluru | SAP

Job Summary: The SAP CM and BRIM Manager will lead the team in the end-to-end implementation, optimization, and integration of SAP Convergent Mediation (SAP CM) and SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions. They will oversee complex mediation, billing, and revenue management processes for industries such as telecom, utilities, and subscription-based businesses. The role requires strategic leadership in project execution, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring seamless data processing between mediation and billing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage and lead multiple SAP CM and BRIM projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Business Analysis & Solution Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and design scalable, innovative SAP CM/BRIM solutions for mediation, data enrichment, validation, transformation and revenue management.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing direction and support in both technical and functional areas. Foster continuous knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Strategic Planning & Roadmap: Define the strategic direction for SAP CM/BRIM implementation and optimization, working closely with business and technical teams to develop project roadmaps.
• System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of SAP CM and BRIM applications, ensuring alignment with business needs and system performance optimization.
• Data Mediation & Transformation: Ensure efficient mediation processes, including data collection, enrichment, validation, transformation, and routing, to enable seamless billing and revenue recognition.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that address business requirements.
• Process Optimization & Performance Enhancement: Continuously evaluate mediation and billing processes, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and technical challenges to prevent project delays and budget overruns.
• Integration & Innovation: Oversee integration with SAP BRIM modules, other third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and implementing innovative solutions.
• Training & Development: Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for end-users and internal teams, maintaining a high level of competence in SAP CM/BRIM functionalities.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Convergent Mediation (SAP CM) and SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM).
• Proven experience in managing and leading SAP CM/BRIM projects, including system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Strong expertise in data mediation, transformation, and rating models across industries such as telecom, utilities, and subscriptions.
• Deep understanding of SAP BRIM architecture, including Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA.
• Hands-on experience with DigitalRoute MediationZone or other mediation platforms.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience in handling large-scale, complex projects and managing project risks effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud-based SAP deployments (S/4HANA) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP BRIM and SAP CM certifications.
• Experience in enterprise-level SAP CM/BRIM deployments.
• Experience working with clients in a consultative manner to build long-term relationships and business opportunities.
• This role requires a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between technical mediation functionalities and business requirements, ensuring seamless data processing and integration for billing and revenue management.
