Job Title:  Sr. Exec | Financial Due Diligence | Bengaluru | M&A-Transaction Diligence, Execution & Reporting

Role Overview:

This position involves working on financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions. Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating the financial and operational performance of target companies

• Identifying key business trends, deal issues, and potential risks

• Preparing due diligence reports and presenting findings to clients

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive insights and deal execution

• Gaining exposure to sectors such as Technology, Consumer, Manufacturing, Financial Services, etc.

We’re looking for candidates with solid analytical and communication skills, a strong grasp of financial concepts, and a keen interest in corporate transactions.
