Work you’ll do

As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:

We are looking for a highly skilled RPA Consultant with 5–7 years of experience in requirement gathering, solutioning, designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Blue Prism or Power Automate with strong Business analysis skills. The role requires end-to-end ownership of automation initiatives—right from process assessment, process optimization, requirement gathering, and solution design to bot development, deployment, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities along with gathering requirements and translating them into automation solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism or Power Automate.
• Ensure scalability, reusability, and maintainability of automation solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce automation best practices, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide production support for deployed bots and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, process definitions, and user guides.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the automation roadmap.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of overall experience in IT/Automation with at least 4 years in RPA Development and Business Analysis.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Blue Prism or Power Automate (Cloud is preferred).
• Good understanding of RPA lifecycle, process assessment, and implementation methodologies.
• Knowledge of .NET, C#/VBScript, APIs, Web services for building automation components and system integration.
• Familiarity with other RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and OCR tools (e.g., ABBYY, Tesseract) and document automation will be advantageous
• Experience in orchestrators, scheduling, and bot monitoring tools.
• Solid problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Blue Prism Developer / Professional certification OR Microsoft Power Automate certification.
• Strong communication, business acumen and ability to engage with non-technical stakeholder.
• Proactive and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with collaboration mindset.
