Your work profile

 As a Consultant in our Organisation Transformation team, you will independently drive change management deliverables across a range of initiatives, including technology-led change (ERP, AI, RPA), cultural transformation, and mergers & acquisitions.

Working with oversight from senior team members, you will independently drive execution, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to solutioning. You will build and nurture strong client relationships, contributing to high-quality outcomes and consistently striving to meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•       Own and deliver one or more change management deliverables, ensuring that all outputs are executed within stipulated timelines, ensuring quality that is consistently aligned with client expectations as well as the strategic direction provided by senior team members.

•       Execute a range of change activities, including but not limited to stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, change readiness assessment, change agent network, communications, training, and adoption tracking (based on project scope)

•       Support in identifying risks, issues, and achieving milestones for assigned deliverables/workstreams with oversight.

•       Support in developing solutions, practical approaches to address business, technology, and cultural challenges

•       Build and maintain trackers and dashboards; Use Excel and other authorized tools to analyze data, derive meaningful insights, and support decision-making

•       Apply appropriate change management tools, methodologies, and frameworks

•       Collaborate across cross-functional and cross-workstream teams to support integrated delivery

•       Develop content and deliverables aligned to the overall change narrative, ensuring consistency, clarity, and relevance across stakeholder groups.

•       Contribute to internal practice initiatives, knowledge development, and capability-building efforts

•       Actively manage and seek personal and professional development, including expansion of consulting skills and experiences.

•       Ability to manage multiple deliverables and priorities in a fast-paced environment

•       Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, and take initiative to address them

 

Desired Qualifications

•       Bachelor’s /Post Graduation Diploma / master’s degree in business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Organization Development, Change and Leadership or other relevant field.

•       Relevant work experience of 2-4 years or more in Transformational Change/ Cultural Change/ ERP implementation

•       Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, including technology transformation, digital transformation, operating model change, process transformation, culture change, and M&A integration programs.

•       Strong understanding of change management methodologies, stakeholder analysis and engagement, change impact assessment, change readiness assessment, communication strategy, communication plan, content development, training strategy, and change adoption strategies.

•       Proven ability to independently manage workstreams and deliver high-quality client-ready deliverables within agreed timelines.

•       Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

•       Familiarity with AI-enabled and data-driven approaches to change management and communications is an advantage.

•       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools, with strong content development and analytical capabilities.

•       Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

•       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

•       Excellent time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

•       Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
