Key Skills required:

  • Experience: Advisory Consulting background, in Financial Services, preferably Banking
  • Past Experience: Big4 or any boutique consulting or in strategy role at Fintechs
  • Exposure in business / digital strategy, operating model transformation, business value unlocking, lending, CRM, business analysis, and AI/digital led transformation
  • 8-11 years of experience with in managing engagements, project financials, mentoring juniors, client relationships, in addition to expectations of SCon
  • Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 or 2 B-school (must), B.Tech / B.E. (preferred), any other bachelors is okay
  • Location: Bangalore / Mumbai (preferred)
