Job Description – Consultant (Customer Strategy & Applied Design)
Role: Consultant

Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in solving customer and business challenges through strategy, design, and data-driven insights
- Conduct research, data analysis, and market assessments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop presentations, recommendations, and storytelling materials for client and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
- Manage assigned project workstreams, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Leverage analytics, visualization tools, and emerging technologies to generate actionable insights
- Build strong relationships with clients and team members while maintaining Deloitte’s quality, ethics, and compliance standards
- Contribute to business development, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership initiatives
