Your work profile

·      Lead the delivery of strategic cross divisional initiatives using Agile methodologies and governance tolls that ensure implementations are delivered on time, on budget.

·      Partner alongside Engineering, Business and Operations project sponsors and bring stakeholders to the table to build complex solutions while balancing competing priorities.

·      Recognize, report, and escalate project risks to senior partners; oversee remediation of risks raised.

·      Identify and remove impediments at program level, leveraging stakeholders, sponsorship, and other relationships to do so.

·      Provide transparency and progress of projects, issues, timelines, and budgets by running governance forums/steerco groups with senior leadership.

Your work profile

·      Relevant experience in business analysis/project/program management function

·      Project management skills including project scope definition, project issues, risks, status reporting, User Acceptance Test Execution

·      A proven experience of driving delivery of projects in a cross functional team setting

·      Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders outside their direct control

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral; confident in interacting with senior stakeholders

·      Ability to identify cross functional issues, provide innovative solutions, and communicate the implications of solutions across existing process, systems and teams, eg., costs, risk, service.

·      Knowledge of products and processes related to the financial services industry

·      Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks

·      Experience in tools like JIRA and JIRA portfolio

·      Knowledge and/or experience of asset classes like Equity, Fixed Income, Listed derivatives, Commodities, Credit Derivatives, Foreign Exchange (FX), Loans, Futures, Options

·      Experience of working on Target Operating Model Changes, Platform convergence, New product/New Market Launches, cost/efficiency impacting projects

·      Experience of working on creation of new workflow, making changes to existing workflows
