The Team

Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage.

 

Summary:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze system specifications to understand requirements.
  • Develop detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Execute test cases and identify defects.
  • Document and report defects to the development team.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
  • Ensure software meets quality standards and best practices.
  • Participate in review meetings and provide feedback.
  • Excellent knowledge in SDLC and STLC
  • Expert in Agile methodology

 

Key Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Genesys Contact Centre testing.
  • Knowledge of Genesys soft phone use (WDE WWE or CTI connector)
  • Salesforce + Genesys CRM applications integrations testing.
  • Experience with testing Contact Centre Reports.
  • Ability to write test scripts from designs (e.g., call flow test cases from Visio).
  • Proficiency in Jira, Excel, and Confluence.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong project leadership and communication skills, including customer-facing interactions.

 

Cyara Automation: (Good to have)

  • Cyara CX Model building
  • Cyara Automation tests creation and execution for various languages
  • Cyara tags usage in test cases
  • Cyara campaigns creation and execution
  • Cyara test results analysis
