Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conversational AI & AI Agent Engineer to design, develop, train, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents and conversational AI solutions across multiple GenAI platforms including Snowflake, AWS, OpenAI, Gemini, Copilot Studio, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, and SageMaker. The role includes building low-code/no-code AI agents, RAG solutions, prompt engineering, enterprise integrations, and contributing to an AI Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, build, train and deploy AI agents using low-code/no-code platforms.

· Develop conversational AI solutions for customer and employee use cases.

· Build RAG, semantic search, prompt engineering and AI workflows.

· Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, CRM, data warehouses and knowledge bases.

· Optimize AI models for accuracy, latency, cost and hallucination reduction.

· Contribute to AI governance, security and responsible AI practices.

· Mentor teams and establish reusable AI frameworks and CoE assets.

Required Technical Skills

· Platforms: Snowflake Intelligence, AWS AI Services, Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude.

· Programming: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL.

· Technologies: LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, Semantic Search, Prompt Engineering, REST APIs.

Preferred Skills

· Amazon Connect, AWS CCaaS, Amazon Lex.

· LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP.

· Contact Center AI and Agent Assist.

Experience

· 5-7 years overall IT experience.

· 3+ years in Generative AI / Conversational AI.

· Hands-on delivery of enterprise AI solutions across multiple LLM platforms.

Education & Certifications

· Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field.

· AWS AI/ML, SnowPro, Azure AI, Google ML certifications preferred.
