Role – Kore.AI / Conversational Developer

Total experience  - 1-9 years of experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Kore AI Developer to join our team. As a Kore Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLM) based conversational voice journeys using Kore’s XO11 platform. You will play a crucial role in advancing our AI capabilities, driving innovation, and solving complex problems using generative AI techniques. The ideal candidate should also have a strong background in Python/node.js programming, and extensive experience in Contact Centre transformation.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Develop and implement generative AI based Voice agents using large language models to develop conversational journeys.

2. Deep understanding of creating scalable AI prompt designs based on the use case and design created for the customer journey.

3. Expertise in ASR and TTS model tuning based on the languages and journeys.

4. Train and fine-tune large language models for specific tasks or domains by leveraging transfer learning and domain adaptation techniques.

5. Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of journeys developed and identifying the limitations of the journey, and propose enhancements.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, deep learning, and large language models, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

8. Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members in the field of generative AI and large language models.

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

2. Strong proficiency in Python/node.js programming and experience in developing prompts using gpt 4/gpt 4o/gpt 4o mini or similar models

3. Proven track record of developing and implementing generative AI voice agents using Kore.ai or similar platforms.

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to experiment, iterate, and optimize generative models.

5. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

7. Strong publication record or contributions to the generative AI research community is a plus.
