Your work profile:
As a Consultant in our CS&D Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities (e.g., for Business, Customers and Stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.)
L1 Application Support- Key Requirements:
- Working in shifts: Daily in shifts, plus Weekends
- Programming language: MUST-HAVE is SQL. Good-to-have is Shell Scripting, Linux, Oracle, MySQL, Basic Java
- Industry: Banking is preferred. Non-banking FS is good-to-have. Non-FS can be considered only if coming from top IT firms like Infosys, TCS, WIPRO, CTS, etc.
- Notice period: One month or Immediate Joiner
L2 Application Support- Key Requirements:
- Working in shifts: Daily in shifts, plus Weekends
- Programming language: MUST-HAVE is SQL, Shell Scripting / Linux, Oracle / MySQL, Basic Java
- Industry: Banking experience is MUST-HAVE. Non-banking FS is good-to-have. Preferred from top IT firms like Infosys, TCS, WIPRO, CTS, etc. or other Banks / NBFCs / Fintechs. Non-FS is STRICTLY NO.
- Notice period: One month or Immediate Joiner. In case of very good profile, two months’ notice is also fine
Level of Experience Required:
- L1 Support- 2+ years in Application Support
- L2 Support- 4+ years in Application Support
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with no backlog
