Job Description:
Role: Functional Specialist/Delivery Lead– Digital Journeys and Retail Banking
Experience: 7 – 15 Years
Location: Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai
Deloitte is actively hiring for Functional Specialist and Delivery Lead experienced in the Banking domain and Digital Transformation initiatives, specifically in Retail Banking – Digital Journeys, mobile journeys, Customer journey, lending, cards, cross border payments, ISO, SEPA, Swift
Role Description:
- Associate will be part of Digital Transformation projects with Global Banks supported by Deloitte
- Should be able to exhibit digital transformation experience of delivering Banking products
- Should have exposure to digital transformation in any of the retail banking domains – cards, lending, payments, mobile journeys and customer journeys in the retail banking domain. Exposure to mobile journeys/digital transformation in retail banking is mandatory.
- Is expected to work with end client business stakeholders, transformation colleagues and technology teams while delivering requirements on the assigned programs
- Should have excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills
- Should be able to articulate change management experience
- Should have experience and be comfortable working in Agile environment
- Demonstrate experience in coordinating business stakeholders, development and testing teams during the development lifecycle
- Ability to work in fast paced environment; possess excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Desirable to have experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Jira)
For Functional Specialist:
- Experience in requirement gathering, framing user stories, EPICS, Acceptance criteria etc.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and have experience in requirement gathering from business, compliance and risk teams.
- Experience in Complex and large-scale digital transformation
- Experience in tools like JIRA and confluence is required
- Have experience on digital journeys like lending , Accounts, Payments, cards
- Prior experience working in Agile ways of working.
- The candidate should have the experience of handling large & complex transformation projects in the retail banking sector in digital transformation/mobile banking.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including development, design and stakeholders
- High Level Requirements and Approval management with Market
- Manage product iterations and releases, actively participate in Agile ceremonies
- Product Feature Development and Delivery Reviews
- A good understanding of digital banking trends and customer experience design
- Experience of Mobile Journeys, Online Banking
For Delivery Lead:
- The candidate should have the experience of handling large & complex transformation projects in the retail banking sector in digital transformation/mobile banking, lending, payments, cards.
- Project Management skills – end to end delivery, RAID log reporting, Risk reporting and mitigation, presenting in Steering Co
- Excellent agile knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to manage senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools (like Confluence, JIRA, excel, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including development, design and stakeholders
- High Level Requirements and Approval management with Market
- Manage product iterations and releases, actively participate in Agile ceremonies
- Product Feature Development and Delivery Reviews
- A good understanding of digital banking trends and customer experience design
Experience of Mobile Journeys, Online Banking
