Skills Required:

  • Recent hands-on experience managing complex, large-scale operations or digital transformation programmes.
  • Must have single-handedly led complex digital transformation initiatives, taking end-to-end delivery ownership and working closely with technology teams
  • The ideal candidate must have independently managed senior stakeholders with exceptional influencing skills. They should be have full ownership of Governance and SteerCos.
  • Project Management skills – end to end delivery, RAID log reporting, Risk reporting and mitigation, presenting in Steering Co 
  • Excellent agile knowledge 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to manage senior stakeholders 
  • Proficiency in project management tools (like Confluence, JIRA, excel, etc.). 

 

 

Level of Experience Required:

 

  • Total 14+ years of experience, with extensive experience in the banking sector handling program management roles across retail banking and digital transformation or customer onboarding journeys.

 O2C and P2P Process lead with BA experience

BA, process consulting skills with below process knowledge. Knowledge of Oracle product knowledge is Good to have.

Order 2 Cash (O2C) - accounts receivable and Procure 2 Pay (P2P) accounts Payable

Educational Requirements:

 

  • Bcom/Btech/BE/MBA/Mtech/MSC

 

 

Location and way of working:

 

  • PAN India 
  • Working from the office at least 3 days a week is mandatory, with a hybrid model tailored to each domain’s specific needs
