 As a Senior Consultant in our CSAD Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:

·      Work with internal teams, and clients to develop and implement long term and short-term engagement objectives and work plan

·      Think through a solution lens and work with clients’ and Deloitte’s teams to deliver engagements

·      Precisely capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements, including health, safety, security, usability, data, and supportability considerations.

·      Translate business requirements into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options.

·      Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.

·      Create clear documentation to communicate requirements and related information; keep updated to align with the solution over the project lifecycle.

·      Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs and requirements, through testing and scope changes, to final solution.

·      Interact with software suppliers, designers and developers to understand software limitations, deliver elements of system and database design, and ensure that business requirements and use cases are handled.

·      Configure and document software and processes, using agreed standards and tools.

·      Create acceptance criteria and validate those solutions meet business needs through defining and coordinating testing.

·      Seek guidance from more experienced BAs and be open to learning on-the-job.

·      Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

·      Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

·      Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of data outputs.

 

Skills & Requirements:

·      Power BI Developer Roles and Responsibilities

·      Have good understanding on Power Platform

·      Understanding business concept in BI prospective

·      Define and design new system by analyzing current ETL process

·      Technical changes in the existing BI system to enhance the report

·      Responsible for installing, configuring, developing, support and maintenance of the BI APPS.

·      Have good understanding of Azure

·      Collaborate with users and team members at various levels for suggestions and improvement

·      Experience in programming/software development

·      Experience with analytics, data, infrastructure, or/and IT security

·      Project management and teamwork experience

·      Superior research and analytical skills

·      Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills

·      Proven ability to successfully execute implementation of large data projects

·      4 to 7 years of work experience, with minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant with client facing projects (preferably IT Projects)

·      Experience in both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies

·      Strong critical and analytical thinking; ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems

·      Willingness for long term international or domestic travel

·      Experience in facilitation of design workshops with a variety of stake holders

·      Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

·      Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills

 

 

Desired qualifications

·      Experience to support Sea Bank, Power BI activities & help us in Data & Digitalization.

·      Design, develop and deploy Power BI script and perform efficient detail analysis

·      Perform DAX query, M Query in power BI

·      Have good understanding of Database (SQL)

 

Location and way of working.

·      Base location: Bangalore

·      This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations.
