• Work experience in Credit and Credit Transformation activities.• Understand key components of RWA calculator and workings.• Knowledge and experience in credit processes and policies is preferred.• Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, prioritizing backlog, etc. is essential.• Experience in managing project documentation such as user stories and test scenarios using collaboration toolsMin 4+ years of banking domain experience (Must). Corporate/CIB credit domain experience (Good to have),

Functional knowledge of client lifecycle systems in a Corporate, Commercial, or Institutional banking context.

Previous product management experience – Preparing and maintaining product roadmaps based on different dimensions and levels of granularity, Lead Working Groups and/or stakeholder engagement to ensure that execution is completed to plan, proactively update key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and support credit process related testing with end users

 Proactive and self-driven individual who can manage and work with various stakeholder management including business leaders/ group of business users.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to all levels.• Oversee multiple projects: Manage and coordinate multiple projects. Develop high-level plans, schedule tasks, and manage timelines for the projects/initiatives.• Facilitate discussions and resolve issues/blockers between different teams or stakeholders and take the accountability for the pace of delivery.• Ability to identify and manage project risks effectively across multiple projects; manage tasks, and deadlines simultaneously using strong organizational skills.• Good understanding of the AI/ML and Analytics based projects- Understanding of different stages, lifecycle, and challenges involved in getting AI and analytics initiatives delivered.
