Qualification - Bcom/Btech/BE/MBA/Mtech/MSC
- Total 14+ years of experience, with extensive experience in the banking sector handling program management roles across retail banking and digital transformation or customer onboarding journeys.
- Recent hands-on experience managing complex, large-scale operations or digital transformation programmes.
- Must have single-handedly led complex digital transformation initiatives, taking end-to-end delivery ownership and working closely with technology teams
- The ideal candidate must have independently managed senior stakeholders with exceptional influencing skills. They should be have full ownership of Governance and SteerCos.
- Project Management skills – end to end delivery, RAID log reporting, Risk reporting and mitigation, presenting in Steering Co
- Excellent agile knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to manage senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools (like Confluence, JIRA, excel, etc.).
