Your work profile:

 

As a Senior Consultant  in our CS&D Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities (e.g., for Business, Customers and Stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.)

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • Lead the delivery of strategic cross divisional initiatives using Agile methodologies and governance tolls that ensure implementations are delivered on time, on budget. Partner alongside Engineering, Business and Operations project sponsors and bring stakeholders to the table to build complex solutions while balancing competing priorities.
  • Recognize, report, and escalate project risks to senior partners; oversee remediation of risks raised. Identify and remove impediments at program level, leveraging stakeholders, sponsorship, and other relationships to do so.
  • Provide transparency and progress of projects, issues, timelines, and budgets by running governance forums/steerco groups with senior leadership.
  • Relevant experience in business analysis/project/program management function Project management skills including project scope definition, project issues, risks, status reporting, User Acceptance Test Execution A proven experience of driving delivery of projects in a cross functional team setting
  • Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders outside their direct control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral; confident in interacting with senior stakeholders. Ability to identify cross functional issues, provide innovative solutions, and communicate the implications of solutions across existing process, systems and teams, eg., costs, risk, service.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Knowledge of products and processes related to the financial services industry, knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks, experience in tools like JIRA and JIRA portfolio. Knowledge and/or experience of asset classes like Equity, Fixed Income, Listed derivatives, Commodities, Credit Derivatives, Foreign Exchange (FX), Loans, Futures, Options
  • Experience of working on Target Operating Model Changes, Platform convergence, new product/New Market Launches, cost/efficiency impacting project, experience of working on creation of new workflow, making changes to existing workflows.
  • Integration with other modules such as Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, and Project Systems
  • Associate will be part of Digital Transformation projects with Global Banks supported by Deloitte

  • Should be able to exhibit digital transformation experience of delivering Banking product

  • Is expected to work with end client business stakeholders, transformation colleagues and technology teams while delivering requirements on the assigned programs 

  • Should have excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills  

  • Should be able to articulate change management experience

  • Should have experience and be comfortable working in Agile environment

  • Demonstrate experience in coordinating business stakeholders, development and testing teams during the development lifecycle

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment; possess excellent written & verbal communication skills.

  • Desirable to have experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Jira)

  • Desirable to have designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications using TDD and BDD practices

 

 

Capital Markets

 

  • BA with experience in mobile app journeys for trading / investment.

  • E2E trading experience

 

 

WS Premier Wealth Enablement 

 

  • Digital journey knowledge and implementation on mobile app. BA with strong Digital onboarding journey experience on mobile app design including both onboarding and servicing wealth journeys, Core banking and Client Management.

  • Experience in Wealth systems/domain is primary

  • Customer risk rating analysis, financial planning, Wealth customer onboarding experience

 

 

GPB&W Delivery Manager

 

  • Strong PM skills with good experience in Wealth and Personal banking products and Digital transformation experience and awareness of HSBC ways of operating is desirable.

 

 

GPB&W - Business Analyst

 

  • BA with good exposure to Wealth domains and Digital sales/engagement and Wealth journeys on Customer mobile app.

  • Good understanding of any of the Investment product like Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Alternatives, and Structured Products.

  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders is the key.

  • Btech/Bcom/BE/MBA/MCOM/Mtech

  • Location: Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune
  • Working from the office at least 3 days a week is mandatory, with a hybrid model tailored to each domain’s specific needs
