Job Title:  T&T- Customer- CSAD-PM/BA | Bengaluru - Senior consultant

• Associate will be part of Digital Transformation projects with Global Banks supported by Deloitte 
• Should be able to exhibit digital transformation experience of delivering Banking products 
• Is expected to work with end client business stakeholders, transformation colleagues and technology teams while delivering requirements on the assigned programs  
• Should have excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills   
• Should be able to articulate change management experience 
• Should have experience and be comfortable working in Agile environment 
• Demonstrate experience in coordinating business stakeholders, development and testing teams during the development lifecycle 
• Ability to work in fast paced environment; possess excellent written & verbal communication skills. 
• Desirable to have experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Jira) 
• Desirable to have designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications using TDD and BDD practices 

Data Messaging PM 

• Strong PM skills with good experience in handled Data and Messaging projects. Has moderate understanding of data and AI technologies. Must be a good communicator who can manage senior stakeholders, lead key governance meetings, write succinct project updates. Experience of managing stakeholders and delivery data project across multiple geographies.Prior HSBC experience is preferred.

Global Fraud 

• BA with good exposure to customer journey design, process streamlining. Process documentation. Prefer Retail Fraud, Credit and Collections experience. Awareness of HSBC systems is highly desirable

Lending BA

• Strong BA skills with good experience in Credit Card / Debit Cards domain, Lending, and Digital journey (mobile) delivery. Experience in wallets is preferable. Awareness of HSBC ways of operating is desirable. 

Resourcing Analyst

• Individual is expected to support Resource Practice with regular and month-end reporting . Support GTC function in the hiring process and facilitate co-ordination between hiring managers and HR contacts in exchanging data and on all aspects of recruitment and onboarding. JD attached.

Data Messaging BA

• BA or Data Analyst with strong skills on data analysis, data modelling, modelling tools and good understanding model governance and it's impact on product design and basic knowledge on Google Cloud Platform

UK Lending BA

• Strong BA with experience in generic areas of retail banking and lending. Prefer experience in Digital transformation with specific focus on UI/UX. Exposure to working on application requirements, design, Change & Implementation (C&I) activities, etc. Prior experience in running UAT activities . Effective communication and expertise in leading tasks and project deliverables.
