Role Description:
· Associate will be part of growth and transformation engagements across go-to-market, retail, and customer strategy supported by Deloitte
· Is expected to work with end client business stakeholders, transformation colleagues and technology teams while delivering requirements on the assigned programs
· Should have excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills
· Should have experience and be comfortable working in Agile environment
· Ability to work in fast paced environment; possess excellent written & verbal communication skills.
· Develop high-quality client-ready deliverables (presentations, models, dashboards)
· Desirable to support with on-field market visits activities
Key Responsibilities:
· Gather, structure, and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to solve business problems
· Build Excel models and frameworks for market sizing, growth forecasting, and performance tracking
· Translate business problems into analytical approaches and hypotheses
· Support in conducting primary and secondary research across industries and problem statements
· Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones
Domain Experience: (Good to have)
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
5+yrs of experince is required
Btech/BE/MBA/Mtech either of the qualification
· Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to SQL / visualization tools is a plus
· Structured thinking and ability to break down ambiguous problems
· Strong communication and storytelling skills
· Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
· Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
· Exposure to go-to-market strategy / growth strategy projects
· Understanding of retail operations and KPIs
· Experience in market assessment and competitive analysis
· Familiarity with customer experience frameworks and journey mapping
· Working with cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors in any field
