Business Analyst:

  • Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for banking products (Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending).
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for development teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessment for new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, QA teams, and developers to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Support UAT and SIT, validate test cases, and manage defect triage.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting for decision-making.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for BFSI processes and digital banking solutions.

Product Owner:

  • Define product vision & roadmap for banking products (Digital Banking, Payments, Lending).
  • Manage backlog, write user stories, and ensure regulatory compliance (RBI, KYC/AML).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, tech teams, and UX designers in Agile environment
  • Strong knowledge of banking domain, digital platforms, and payment systems.
  • Agile/Scrum experience; tools like Jira, Confluence.
  • Preferred: CSPO/SAFe certification, experience with Core Banking

Agile Coach:

  • Drive Agile transformation across banking programs and portfolios.
  • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership teams on Agile mindset and practices.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Implement Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or similar) for large banking programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business objectives with Agile delivery.
  • Identify and remove organizational impediments to agility.
  • Define and track Agile maturity metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and governance while maintaining agility.
