Payments Business Analyst - FX 

Deloitte is actively hiring Business Analyst experienced in the Banking domain and Digital Transformation initiatives, specifically in Payments (Domestic / International Payment Schemes, end-to-end Payment’s lifecycle experience, corporate payments).

Location - PAN India

Hybrid Mode of working 

Experience - 12-18Yrs (8+yrs as Relevant)

Domain Knowledge and Experience of being part of project with some or all of the mentioned functionalities:

FX Order Placement & Execution

• Forward Contracts: Lock in an exchange rate for a future date, helping customers manage currency risk for upcoming transactions.
• FX Limit Orders: Set target exchange rates; the app automatically executes the conversion when the market hits the specified rate.

FX Rate Alerts & Market Insights

• Rate Notifications: Set up alerts for preferred exchange rates, so customers are notified when their target rate is reached.
• Market News & Analysis: Access curated FX market insights, trends, and forecasts directly within the app.

Role Description:

• Associate will be part of Digital Transformation projects with Global Banks supported by Deloitte
• Should be able to exhibit digital transformation experience of delivering Banking products
• Is expected to work with end client business stakeholders, transformation colleagues and technology teams while delivering requirements on the assigned programs
• Should have excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills
• Should be able to articulate change management experience
• Should have experience and be comfortable working in Agile environment
• Demonstrate experience in coordinating business stakeholders, development and testing teams during the development lifecycle
• Ability to work in fast paced environment; possess excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Desirable to have experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Jira)
• Desirable to have designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications using TDD and BDD practices
• Spot FX Transactions: Instantly convert currencies at prevailing market rates. Customers can transfer funds between their own accounts in different currencies or make international payments.
