About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled SEM Consultant with a strong focus on campaign management and execution across platforms such as Google Display, DV360, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a results-driven mindset, and expertise in managing complex campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Display, DV360, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Targeting & Placements: Implement advanced targeting strategies, manage ad placements, and refine audience segmentation to drive campaign effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.), and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to implement innovative strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports, highlighting campaign insights and improvement areas.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Display, DV360, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proven expertise in handling multi-platform campaigns with a focus on programmatic and display advertising.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign data and drive actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present reports.
  • Adaptability to new challenges and a proactive approach to learning.

Education: Any Graduate
