                  As a Manager in our M&C Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

            

  • years of experience as a Scrum Master with a Project Management mindset in an Agile / SAFe environmentWhat the role demands:
  • Maintain delivery documentation including swimlane plans, scope trackers
  • Manage risks and dependencies in Jira Align
  • Follow through on approvals with relevant stakeholders for artefacts .
  • Own the full Change Request lifecycle including communication and approval tracking
  • Own Jira card creation and support backlog refinement with well-defined acceptance criteria
  •  Represent the team at ART-level syncs, providing delivery updates and flagging risks
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, card creation, and acceptance criteria writing
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across business, development, and testing teams• Functional Knowledge on Adobe Platforms like AEM, AEP, AJO, Adobe Target etc.. will be added advantage

  • This profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
