  1. • 8+ years of experience in marketing automation strategy and campaign operations, with deep knowledge of Marketo Engage
  2. • Expertise in operationalizing nurture programs, lead scoring, and lifecycle models in Marketo with tight CRM integrations
  3. • Managed campaign strategy, execution, and reporting for both inbound and outbound programs
  4. • Responsible for end-to-end Marketo operations including data hygiene, segmentation, email deliverability, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
  5. • Experience in technical setup including custom fields, tokens, dynamic content, and smart campaigns
  6. • Strong understanding of campaign KPIs and ability to provide actionable optimization recommendations

  7. Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team of Marketo Experts 
  8. Empower team members to meet their revenue targets through deep collaboration, strategic consultation, and insight generation.  
  9. Deliver revenue targets through the development, management, execution, and optimization of Marketo programs, assets, workflows, and triggers  
  10. Consult stakeholders on audience strategy, message and content alignment, segmentation, privacy, and data governance across paid and owned channels 
  11. Responsible for adhering to and communicating automation best practices including email formatting, list management, optimization, data quality, hygiene, and troubleshooting  
  12. Ensure delivery of best-in-class communications, with a strong eye for user experience, user journey, and product alignment  
  13. Ensure flawless execution of programs for all marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, and automation workflows. Partner with Platform Ops and Lead Management to optimize the lead generation engine. 
  14. Deep technical knowledge of Marketing Automation (Marketo Certified Expert preferred) and CRM tools to execute, troubleshoot, and track demand gen campaigns 
  15. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with Marketing, Web, Data, Sales, and IT to drive results and lead adoption through collaboration within cross-functional teams 
  16. Possess best practices insights regarding email campaigns, nurtures, list management, data quality, optimization, privacy, etc. Experience building, executing, and tracking multi-channel (organic and paid) marketing programs 
  17. Experience leading end-to-end execution of projects/programs 
  18. Extreme ownership of results and projects, as an individual and a team unit Data-driven mindset and practice with a desire to learn and grow 
  19. Effective communication, presentation, and documentation skills  
  20. Exceptional ability to manage deadlines and priorities 
  21. Partner with Reporting & Analytics for actionable business insights
