         As a Manager in our M&C Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed        client expectations: -

         Key skills required: 

• Own mobile architecture using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) for shared business logic
• Lead and guide Android, iOS, and KMP developers
• Define best practices for architecture, performance, security, and scalability
• Review designs and code; resolve complex cross-platform issues
• Collaborate with backend/API and product teams
• Support CI/CD, build, release, and production readiness

          Engineering & Platform Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Familiarity with modular architecture, dependency management, and versioning strategies in KMP.
• Knowledge of cloud‑native backend integration (AWS/Azure/GCP) and API gateways is a plus.
• Exposure to DevSecOps, observability, logging, and crash analytics for mobile platforms.

          Core Technical Skills

• Hands-on Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) – production experience mandatory
• Android: Kotlin, Coroutines, Jetpack
• iOS: Swift, SwiftUI / UIKit
• Shared domain/data layer design with platform-specific UI
• REST / GraphQL API integration
• Mobile security, performance optimization, offline handling
• CI/CD for mobile applications

          Good to Have:

• Compose Multiplatform
• React Native or Flutter exposure (comparison or migration)
• Consulting or client-facing experience

          Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall software engineering experience with at least 2+ years in an architecture or tech‑lead role.
• 5+ years in mobile application development
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale mobile applications in any industry

          Location and way of working:

• Base location: Bengaluru
• Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
