Your work profile
As a Manager in our M&C Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Key skills required:
- Own mobile architecture using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) for shared business logic
- Lead and guide Android, iOS, and KMP developers
- Define best practices for architecture, performance, security, and scalability
- Review designs and code; resolve complex cross-platform issues
- Collaborate with backend/API and product teams
- Support CI/CD, build, release, and production readiness
Engineering & Platform Skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Familiarity with modular architecture, dependency management, and versioning strategies in KMP.
- Knowledge of cloud‑native backend integration (AWS/Azure/GCP) and API gateways is a plus.
- Exposure to DevSecOps, observability, logging, and crash analytics for mobile platforms.
Core Technical Skills
- Hands-on Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) – production experience mandatory
- Android: Kotlin, Coroutines, Jetpack
- iOS: Swift, SwiftUI / UIKit
- Shared domain/data layer design with platform-specific UI
- REST / GraphQL API integration
- Mobile security, performance optimization, offline handling
- CI/CD for mobile applications
Good to Have:
- Compose Multiplatform
- React Native or Flutter exposure (comparison or migration)
- Consulting or client-facing experience
Experience & Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall software engineering experience with at least 2+ years in an architecture or tech‑lead role.
- 5+ years in mobile application development
- Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale mobile applications in any industry
Location and way of working:
- Base location: Bengaluru
- Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
