Your work profile.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP C4C Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM processes, SAP C4C architecture, and project management, with the ability to align technology with business goals and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- 9-12+ years of technical experience in SAP C4C
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end SAP C4C implementation and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Manage a team of SAP C4C consultants and developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP CPI, third-party tools).
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users and business teams.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with SAP C4C roadmap and new features, recommending adoption where beneficial.
Desired qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 9+ years of experience in SAP CRM and C4C, with at least 4+ years in SAP C4C (Sales, Service, and/or Marketing).
- Proven experience in managing SAP C4C projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes (Lead to Cash, Service Management, Customer Engagement).
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP BTP, and Fiori is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP C4C certification is preferred.
Location and way of working.
· Base location: Pan India
· This profile does not involves travelling to client locations.
