Your work profile

As a Manager in our M&C Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• End to end project Management.
• Development experience with full end-to-end SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP CX, or Hybris implementations/projects
• 3+ years’ experience in Java Web Application Development and/or related technologies
• 3+ years of progressive experience with Java, J2EE, and JSP
• 3+ years’ experience using application frameworks like Spring and Hibernate
• Demonstrable examples of developing detailed technology architecture
• Ability to clearly communicate examples of object-oriented design and design patterns and their applications.
• Work on Hybris core concepts and commerce concepts
• Proficient in Hybris WCMS, Cockpits, Cron jobs, internationalization, personalization, security concepts and REST
• Contribute to multi-channel architecture, data modeling with Hybris, Data exchange and integration.
• Proficient in Hybris foundational concepts and has experience & knowledge of multichannel architecture, data modeling with Hybris, Data exchange and integration.

SAP Hybris Backend developer:

5+ years:

 Develop and customize SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) extensions (core, facades, storefront).

Implement business logic using Service Layer, DAO, and Facades.

Knowledge on multi clustered environment, Application servers, Node configuration

CronJobs, Interceptors, Events, Business Process

Work on OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) REST APIs.

Customize Cockpits (Backoffice, HAC, SmartEdit).

Implement CronJobs, Business Processes, and Events.

Write and optimize FlexibleSearch queries.

Integrate with external systems (REST/SOAP, third-party services).

Debug performance issues and optimize application performance.

Collaborate with frontend teams (Accelerator/Spartacus).

Follow coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Core Java, Spring (Spring MVC, Spring Core)

Hybris Architecture (Tenant, Extensions, Items.xml, Impex)

OCC APIs development & customization

Data modeling (Items.xml, relations)

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently

Good communication with cross-functional teams

8+ years: all in 5+ years and

Design scalable and high-performance SAP Commerce architectures

Lead end-to-end implementation of eCommerce solutions

Knowledge on multi clustered environment, Application servers, Node configuration

Handle complex integrations (ERP, CRM, SAP systems)

Optimize system performance (DB, Solr, caching)

Lead code reviews and mentoring

Integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Kafka optional)

Handle production issues, RCA, and performance tuning

Deep expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)

Multi-site, multi-country implementations

Headless commerce (Spartacus)

Advanced Java & Spring

Hybris Architecture (Tenant, Extensions, Items.xml, Impex)

OCC API design (security, versioning)

Define best practices, coding standards, and governance

Solr tuning & indexing strategies

Performance tuning (DB queries, caching, heap analysis)

Work closely with stakeholders and business teams

Desired Qualifications: 

• 3 Project Management – 3 - 6 years of experience   
• Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in Java, J2EE & Spring.
• Contributing to digital commerce projects in recent few years

Key skills required: 

• Ability to understand requirements and prepare effort estimates and overall system design.
• Should have managed clients and lead a multi member team on the last few projects.
• Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.
• Aware of implementation best practices on Force.com platform and Salesforce.
• Ability to develop all project related documents like requirement document, system design document, use cases, test plan, training manual etc.
• Handling a team and also responsible for client deliverables.
