- 6+ years of experience in campaign operations using Adobe Marketo, supporting B2B/B2C marketing efforts
- Hands-on expertise in developing smart campaigns, engagement programs, and lead scoring within Marketo
- Experience working with integrations (Salesforce/MS Dynamics), launchpoint partners, and CRM data flows
- Built and maintained email templates, landing pages, forms, and preference centers following best practices
- Monitored campaign performance, tested workflows, and implemented enhancements based on engagement data
- Familiar with GDPR-compliant practices and marketing governance protocols
- Strong communicator with experience collaborating across global marketing, ops, and technical teams
- Deep technical knowledge of Marketing Automation (Marketo Certified Expert preferred) and CRM tools to execute, troubleshoot, and track demand gen campaigns
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with Marketing, Web, Data, Sales, and IT to drive results and lead adoption through collaboration within cross-functional teams
- Possess best practices insights regarding email campaigns, nurtures, list management, data quality, optimization, privacy, etc. Experience building, executing, and tracking multi-channel (organic and paid) marketing programs
