As a Senior Consultant in our M&C Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
We are seeking an Adobe Commerce Business Analyst who can bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of eCommerce project.
- Gather and document business requirements for Adobe Commerce project
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
- Analyse current business processes and recommend improvements
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT
- Ensure alignment with eCommerce best practices
- Assist in defining KPIs and success metrics
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Adobe Commerce domain
- Expertise in requirement gathering and documentation
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of eCommerce workflows
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with headless commerce implementations
- Familiarity with GraphQL APIs and integrations
- Tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma
Location and way of working:
- Base location: Bengaluru
- Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
