Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer with strong expertise in modern Android application development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications in Kotlin.

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin and experience with In-Vehicle Infotainment.
• Implement MVVM architecture for scalable and maintainable codebases.
• Apply Observer Pattern for efficient data updates and UI synchronization.
• Ensure responsive design to support a wide range of device sizes and screen resolutions.
• Integrate multi-language support to cater to a global audience.
• Develop and maintain deep linking to improve user navigation and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
• Conduct unit-testing to ensure robust and reliable code.
• Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Hands-on experience with MVVM architecture.
• Solid understanding of the Observer Pattern and its practical implementation in Android.
• Experience with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow for asynchronous programming.
• Experience with responsive UI design and material design principles.
• Knowledge of multi-language support in Android apps.
• Familiarity with deep linking implementation.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with mobile applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of Jetpack components (e.g., LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, Room etc.)
• Exposure to Google Play Store deployment processes.

• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
