Work you’ll do

We are seeking a highly experienced React Native developer with deep technical understanding, with a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience building and scaling large-scale mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing junior skills in the financial services sector and demonstrate deep expertise in mobile security, native module integration, and cross-platform architecture.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable mobile applications using React Native.
• Architect cross-platform solutions with a strong understanding of when to leverage native modules.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure robust security practices including secure storage, authentication, code obfuscation, and secure API integration.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
• Monitor app performance and integrate analytics and crash reporting tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Crashlytics)
• Security Expertise
• Deep understanding of mobile security best practices.
• Experience with secure storage mechanisms, HTTPS, token-based authentication, and code obfuscation.
• Familiarity with platform-specific security features and update cycles.
• Awareness of risks associated with third-party libraries and JavaScript bridges in React Native.
• Native Wrapping & Platform Integration
• Proficient in writing and integrating custom native modules for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Experience with tools like CocoaPods, Gradle, and Xcode CLI.
• Ability to assess when to go native for performance or security reasons.

Tooling & Tech Stack

• Core: React Native, TypeScript, Expo, Redux/Zustand, Axios, React Navigation, MMKV.
• DevOps: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Firebase App Distribution.
• Testing: example: Jest, Detox, React Native Debugger, Reactotron.
• Design: Figma (Dev Mode), Storybook.
• Monitoring: Dynatrace / ELK

Education:

• B.Tech/B.E

Preferred Industry Experience

• Prior experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable. Familiarity with regulatory compliance, secure onboarding flows, and demo mode implementations for app store reviews.
• Technical Extensive knowledge: Typescript, EMCAScript, Java Script, Web Assembly, CSS3, Tailwind etc

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to articulate technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
