Job Summary:
The SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant will deliver SAP CRM Sales and Service Cloud solutions focused on implementation, customization, integration, and support. This role requires both functional and technical expertise in SAP CRM, as well as experience in Agile project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support SAP CRM solutions, enhancing client functionality and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct business requirement workshops to gather, interpret, and document needs, aligning with SAP C4C capabilities.
- Map client requirements to SAP CRM configurations, developing necessary customizations to fulfill specific objectives.
- Analyze complex business processes and recommend system solutions, identifying and addressing gaps or issues.
- Design, configure, and test SAP CRM components, including workflow rules, business roles, custom fields, and layouts.
- Troubleshoot software issues, performing detailed analysis and collaborative resolution to ensure system reliability.
- Manage CRM-ECC integration using HCI or PI, and develop OData services, web services, and APIs for seamless connectivity.
- Customize UI components using ABAP for embedded screens, fields, and specific business functionalities.
- Utilize ABAP, CDS, and BAPI to support development needs in SAP CRM services.
- Lead Agile activities such as sprint planning, demos, and releases with tools like JIRA and Confluence for effective project tracking.
- Proactively propose system and process enhancements to optimize ongoing projects and improve client outcomes.
- Apply knowledge of Sales, Service, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, and Logistics processes, integrating CRM functionalities across these areas.
- Work independently, effectively managing multiple projects and adapting to evolving requirements in a dynamic environment.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results, ensuring adherence to best practices for high-quality documentation.
- Provide training and ad-hoc support to end-users, ensuring knowledge transfer and system adoption, and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: B. Tech /B.E. in Any Specialization.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in full-cycle SAP CRM implementations and support projects.
- Experience in at least 2 full-cycle software implementations involving CRM and ERP integration.
- Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
- Key Skills:
- SAP C4C, Cloud SDK, OData, ABAP, BAPI, Middleware, HCI, PI, Agile project management
- Strong understanding of customer experience and CRM processes.
- Excellent multitasking skills and an ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Experience with web services, screen adaptations, report customization, and integration setups with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Proven ability to interpret customer needs and deliver optimal solutions, supporting both new implementations and existing projects.
