       As a Senior Consultant in our M&C Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

 

 

      Key skills required: 

 

 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Workfront administration or development.
  • 3+ year of experience developing automations or integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion.
  • Strong understanding of project management workflows, task management, and resource allocation processes.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • We are seeking a skilled Adobe Workfront and Fusion Developer to design, build, and maintain robust workflow automations, integrations, and process optimizations within our Adobe ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with business teams, project managers, and technical leads to translate operational needs into scalable Workfront solutions — ensuring improved productivity, transparency, and efficiency across departments.
  • Workfront Configuration & Development
  • Design, configure, and maintain Workfront objects such as portfolios, programs, projects, templates, custom forms, reports, and dashboards.
  • Develop advanced Workfront customizations using calculated fields, custom parameters, and layout templates.
  • Manage user permissions, roles, and groups to ensure secure and organized access.
  • Fusion Automation & Integrations
  • Design and develop complex automations and integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion, connecting Workfront with tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Optimize workflows for performance, error handling, and scalability.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Fusion scenarios and connectors.
  • Process Optimization & Support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, map workflows, and implement automation strategies.
  • Provide ongoing system support, documentation, and training for business users.
  • Analyze operational bottlenecks and propose Workfront-based solutions to streamline processes.
  • Governance & Best Practices
  • Establish and enforce governance for Workfront configuration, naming conventions, and user management.
  • Stay up to date with Adobe product releases and recommend improvements or new functionality adoption.

  • This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
