Your work profile

• We are looking for AEM Backend Developers with strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites to support the development and enhancement of enterprise digital platforms. The role involves building scalable AEM components, integrating backend services, andsupporting Agile delivery teams.
• Develop and maintain AEM backend components, services, and workflows.
• Build reusable AEM components, templates, and Sling models.
• Work on OSGi services, JCR repository, and AEM integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, and product teams to implement requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AEM environments.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance best practices

Key skills required: 

• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly).
• Good understanding of JCR, AEM architecture, and component development.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes
• Base location: Bangalore
• Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
