Your work profile

• We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites to support digital experience initiatives. The role involves gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and working closely with product, design, and development teams to deliver scalable AEM solutions.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for AEM Sites implementations.
• Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and technical teams to clarify requirements.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and AEM capabilities.
• Track requirements, changes, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support UAT coordination and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Key skills required: 

• Experience working as a Business Analyst in digital/CMS projects.
• Good understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites capabilities.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, user story creation, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes
• Base location: Bangalore
• Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
