Position Overview
We are looking for a senior Power Pages Practice Manager/ Architect to lead our Power Pages delivery practice, shape technical strategy, and oversee multiple portal‑delivery engagements for enterprise clients. The role blends deep technical expertise with strong people‑leadership and business acumen to ensure high‑quality, on‑time, and profitable solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision & Roadmap – Define the practice’s vision, service portfolio,
and multiyear roadmap for Power Pages and related Power Platform services
align with overall digital transformation goals.
- Portfolio & Delivery Management – Own a portfolio of portal projects,
- Monitor health, financials, resource utilization, and risk; ensure delivery meets quality,
- schedule and budget targets.
- Technical Governance – Establish and enforce architecture standards,
- security/compliance frameworks, ALM/CI CD best practices, and
- performance tuning guidelines across all engagements.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring – Recruit, develop, and retain senior architects, consultants, and developers; provide coaching, career pathing, and regular performance feedback.
- Architectural Oversight – Review and approve solution designs, data models,
- security models, and integration architectures for all Power Pages initiatives.
- Stakeholder & Client Management – Serve as the senior technical liaison for C level and business stakeholders; translate business objectives into technical strategies and ensure expectations are met.
- Pre Sales & Business Development – Lead technical responses to RFPs, create high impact proposals, solution demos, effort estimates, and contribute to win rate improvement.
- Innovation & Thought Leadership – Champion adoption of new Power Pages features, AI Builder, Power Platform Copilot, and emerging Azure services; drive proof of concepts, internal labs, and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement – Implement metrics, retrospectives, and best practice libraries; drive automation of testing, compliance checks, and deployment pipelines.
- Financial Accountability – Manage practice P&L, forecasting, pricing models, and margin optimization; identify upsell/cross sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Risk & Compliance – Ensure all portal solutions satisfy regulatory requirements (GDPR, ISO, industry specific standards) and internal security policies; conduct periodic audits.
- Community & Brand Building – Represent the practice at industry events, user groups, and webinars; publish thought leadership content (blogs, whitepapers).
Skills:
• 15+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementations.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE configuration, customization (plugins, custom APIs, actions), and solution design.
- Must have Exp in sales and service module
- Exp in Field service Module Exp
- Must have Exp in :
- Develop and maintain Power Pages / Power Apps Portals solutions for business-facing and external-facing applications.
- Configure Dataverse data models, permissions, and security roles(Web Roles) to support portal functionality.
- Create user-friendly, branded portal experiences using Liquid, JavaScript, Jquery , HTML, and CSS.
Integrate portals with Power Automate workflows and external systems/APIs. - Exp in setting up identity management configurations.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Model-driven, Canvas Apps), Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Exp in developing PCF control
- Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for client-side scripting and extensibility.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs and Azure integration services.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, security roles, business units, and data modeling.
- Experience with solution deployment and ALM, including managed/unmanaged solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are preferred.
- Desired Qualification- Bachelor's degree in engineering
Nice‑to‑Have
- Hands‑on experience with Azure services such as Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault.
- Exposure to Power BI embedding, Power Virtual Agents, or custom Power Pages widgets for advanced analytics and conversational UI.
- Experience delivering enterprise‑scale, multi‑region, or multi‑language portals for global organizations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines built with Power Platform Build Tools, GitHub Actions, or Azure Pipelines.
- Active participation in Microsoft Power Platform community (MVP, local user groups, conference speaker).
