Your work profile

  • Should have good understanding of Salesforce features like lightning (LWC/AURA/LDS), integration, design frameworks, DevOps – CI / CD processes, Release management
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience and hands-on expertise in building AI-powered agent solutions using Salesforce Agentforce 
  •  The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent agents, automations, and integrations that enhance customer and employee experiences. 
  • Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function

Key skills required: 

  • Design and develop AI-powered Agentforce solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Configure and customize Agentforce agents, topics, actions, and workflows.
  • Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Agentforce solutions.
  • Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Support testing, deployment, enhancements, and production issues.

Desired Qualifications: 

    • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
    • Hands-on experience with Agentforce implementation and customization.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
