Your work profile

• As a Consultant in our Consulting team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise analytics solutions using Tableau Prep, Tableau Pulse, and Tableau Cloud/Server.
  
• You'll work closely with business stakeholders to transform raw data into meaningful insights and proactive data experiences.
• You'll Take responsibility for delivering workstreams and project objectives while adhering to Deloitte quality standards.

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau Prep data flows for data cleansing, transformation, and integration.
• Configure and implement Tableau Pulse metrics and personalized insights for business users.
• Develop scalable and interactive Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
• Proactively identify project risks and issues and contribute to mitigation plans.
• Optimize data pipelines and dashboard performance to ensure scalability and user adoption.
• Support user acceptance testing, deployment activities, and production support.
• Build reusable analytics frameworks and best practices within the analytics team.
• Stay updated on emerging Tableau capabilities, AI-powered analytics features, and industry trends.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Desired Qualifications: 

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Analytics, Tableau Development, Business Intelligence, or Data Consulting.
• At least one end-to-end implementation involving Salesforce data integration and Tableau reporting.
• Tableau Certified Data Analyst, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Salesforce certifications are preferred.
• Experience working directly with client stakeholders and managing deliverables in a consulting environment.
• Exposure to cloud analytics platforms and enterprise reporting programs will be an added advantage

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
