Your work profile

• Takes responsibility for own work or workstream meeting engagement/project objectives and Deloitte quality standards.
• Proactively identifies workstream risks and issues; resolves them or escalates to engagement/account leadership
• Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function
• Builds knowledge in a sector by contributing to relevant firm initiatives and eminence, and/or by attending sector conferences
• Applies awareness of global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations
• Understands the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes

• Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Take responsibility for assigned workstreams and ensure project objectives and quality standards are met.
• Manage client expectations and deliver high-quality consulting services.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using configuration and customization features.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Implement Salesforce features including Lightning, Integration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Communities), Marketing Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
• Follow Salesforce and Force.com implementation best practices.
• Understand business requirements and prepare effort estimates.
• Develop overall system design and implementation approach.
• Identify project risks and issues, resolve or escalate them appropriately.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and client deliverables.
• Lead and manage multi-member project teams.

Desired Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes

• Base location: Pune India

• Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
