Your work profile.
We are seeking a highly skilled D365 CRM & Power Platform Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality customer engagement and business automation solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform. This role bridges business requirements and technical delivery by defining solution architecture, guiding implementation teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices and enterprise standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design and define solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementations aligned with business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate functional requirements into detailed technical and architectural designs. - Provide architectural guidance to development teams across D365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure and Power Pages.
- Lead the design and review of data models, security models, and application architecture within Dataverse.
- Define and govern integration architecture with third-party systems and ISVs using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
- Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, security, compliance, and maintainability.
- Review customizations and develop plugins, custom APIs, workflows, client-side scripting, and integrations to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
Support , guide and develop ALM and deployment strategies, including managed/unmanaged solutions and environment governance. - Act as a technical point of contact for resolving complex design and integration challenges.
- Collaborate with QA and release teams to ensure solution quality, stability, and smooth deployments.
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform roadmap updates and recommend improvements and optimizations.
- Contribute to pre-sales and solutioning activities, including architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and effort estimations.
• 11 to 14 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementations.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE configuration, customization (plugins, custom APIs, actions), and solution design.
- Must have Exp in sales and service module
- Must have Exp in :
- Develop and maintain Power Pages / Power Apps Portals solutions for business-facing and external-facing applications.
- Configure Dataverse data models, permissions, and security roles(Web Roles) to support portal functionality.
- Create user-friendly, branded portal experiences using Liquid, JavaScript, Jquery , HTML, and CSS.
Integrate portals with Power Automate workflows and external systems/APIs. - Exp in setting up identity management configurations.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Model-driven, Canvas Apps), Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Exp in developing PCF control
- Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for client-side scripting and extensibility.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs and Azure integration services.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, security roles, business units, and data modeling.
- Experience with solution deployment and ALM, including managed/unmanaged solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Custom Pages, and advanced reporting solutions.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Experience working on enterprise-scale or multi-country CRM implementations. - Data Integrations using SSIS , Data Factory , Dual Write with F&O
- Good have Field service Module Exp
