Role Summary

The Salesforce Sales & Service Architect is responsible for translating business and IT requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and ensuring successful implementation through Agile delivery teams. The role works closely with business stakeholders, product owners, IT teams, and development teams to design solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

·      Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to understand business processes, pain points, and transformation goals.

·      Translate business requirements into solution architecture, data model, and technical design on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

·      Define solution architecture, integration patterns, security model, and data architecture.

·      Create architecture diagrams, solution design documents, and technical specifications.

·      Guide and govern development teams during Agile sprints to ensure solution is built as per architecture and best practices.

·      Participate in Agile ceremonies – backlog grooming, sprint planning, design discussions, and demos.

·      Review user stories, technical design, code, and configurations to ensure quality and scalability.

·      Work with integration and data teams for system integrations, data migration, and external system connectivity.

·      Ensure Salesforce best practices, governance, security, and performance standards are followed.

·      Support UAT, deployment planning, and production rollout.

·      Act as the bridge between Business, IT, and Development teams.
