Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer with 5–8 years of deep hands-on expertise in designing, developing, customizing, and deploying solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP). The ideal candidate will be capable of driving complex technical implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring scalable, high‑quality Dynamics solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced custom solutions and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP).
• Customize complex entities, workflows, business rules, plugins, Power Automate flows, and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution architectures.
• Drive end‑to‑end development cycles including analysis, estimation, development, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or custom middleware.
• Oversee and optimize data migration, ETL workflows, and system performance.
• Troubleshoot complex Dynamics 365 issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices, coding standards, and reusable frameworks.
• Stay current with the latest Dynamics releases, Power Platform features, and Microsoft ecosystem updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Expertise with Dynamics 365 SDK, REST/ODATA APIs, custom plugin development, and workflow extensions.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, solution layering, and security model.
• Experience delivering complex integrations with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, or Dataverse API.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and solution deployment automation (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400, PL-400) are a strong plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
