Your work profile

  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, architect/team lead understand business requirement and implementing the same.
  • Build D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, including customizations, configurations, workflows, plugins, custom connectors, Power Apps( canvas app and model-driven app).
  • Hands on exposure on client side scripting ( JS/TS)
  • Implement business logic, data integrations, and automation processes to optimize customer engagement and streamline business workflows.
  • Create, test, and deploy Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks, integrate systems, and improve overall process efficiency.
  • Develop and customize reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in D365 CRM and Power Platform technologies, evaluate new features, and recommend innovative solutions.

 

Key skills required: 

  • Strong proficiency in D365 CRM customization (Plugin & Action) and configuration, including experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven), Power Automate
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, and .NET development for extending D365 CRM and Power Platform functionalities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies leveraging Azure DevOps and version control systems is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

 

Good to have:

  • Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based architectures is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, system architecture, and integration patterns.
  • Hands on exposure in Custom Pages, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent , ADF , building CICD pipeline would be added advantage

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent qualification/experience
  • Proven experience (6 - 9 years) in developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power PlatformKey.
