Your work profile

• We are looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployments, automation, and release processes across Salesforce environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Manage Salesforce deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Work with tools such as Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, SFDX, and Salesforce CLI.
• Automate deployment, testing, validation, and release management processes.
• Manage source control, branching strategies, code merges, and release versioning.
• Monitor deployment pipelines and troubleshoot build and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth releases.
• Implement DevOps best practices, security controls, and governance.
  
  

Key skills required: 

• 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps/DevOps engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment strategies, and environment management.
• Experience with automation, release management, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce DevOps or relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred.
  
  

Desired Qualifications: 

• B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent qualification/experience
