Your work profile

  • As a Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
  • Takes responsibility for own work or workstream meeting engagement/project objectives and Deloitte quality standards
  • Develop solution using Salesforce configure and customization features.
  • Proactively identifies workstream risks and issues; resolves them or escalates to engagement/account leadership
  • Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function
  • Builds knowledge in a sector by contributing to relevant firm initiatives and eminence, and/or by attending sector conferences
  • Applies awareness of global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations
  • Understands the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes

 

Key skills required: 

 

  • Lead Salesforce DevOps, Release Management, and Data Cloud initiatives across multiple projects.
  • Strong hands on expertise in Salesforce DevOps and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, Bash, and JavaScript/Node.js.
  • Define branching strategies, repository governance, pull request processes, and source control standards.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud deployment strategy, Data Kit deployments, dependency management, and environment promotion
  • Develop and maintain YAML pipelines, automation frameworks, and scripting solutions using PowerShell, Python, and Bash
  • Establish Azure DevOps governance, access controls, Azure Key Vault integration, and secrets management.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CLI (SFDX), Metadata API, and deployment automation
  • Expertise in Git, branching strategies, and source control governance.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, resource planning, delivery governance, and executive reporting.
  • Risk & Escalation Management, Delivery & Program Governance

 

 

Desired Qualifications: 

 

  • 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
  • Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes

 

 

Location and way of working: 

 

  • Base location: PAN India
  • Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
