Your work profile

• As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

• Takes responsibility for own work or workstream meeting engagement/project objectives and Deloitte quality standards

• We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer / AI Consultant (6-8 Years Experience) to design and deliver next-generation AI solutions for Life Sciences clients.
• The role will focus on leveraging Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, Knowledge Graphs, and Prompt Engineering to address business challenges in regulatory intelligence, medical content management, SOP search, and quality event analysis.
• This role will contribute to creating differentiated AI offerings and new revenue opportunities.
  
  

Key skills required: 

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build enterprise-grade RAG solutions integrating structured and unstructured data sources.
• Develop intelligent document processing solutions using Azure Document Intelligence.
• Create semantic search and knowledge discovery platforms using Knowledge Graphs and vector databases.
• Design and optimize prompts for accuracy, relevance, and responsible AI usage.
• Work closely with Life Sciences stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Lead PoCs, MVPs, and production deployments on Azure.

Desired Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience delivering AI solutions in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or a regulated industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of NLP, semantic search, information retrieval, and LLM-based applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
