Job Title: T&T - Customer - Sales & Service - Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Scoping: Collaborate with sales/ business teams to analyse client environments, processes, and systems to create comprehensive transformation blueprints outlining the scope, approach, and technology fit
- Pre-Sales Expertise: Provide deep Salesforce and other CRM platform pre-sales expertise, including solution design, architecture, staffing / resource planning and pricing along with recommendations for Salesforce core clouds and industry-specific offerings.
- Customization & Integration Planning: Identify customization needs and develop integration strategies across systems to meet business requirements
- Strategic Alliances: Collaborate with alliance partners and business teams to design cost-effective, high-impact solutions
- Cost Estimation & Proposal Development: Prepare staffing/resource plan and cost estimates and timelines in collaboration with sales/ business teams. Support in preparation of RFI/RFP responses, aligning solutions to client needs, pain points, and strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of Salesforce consulting or solution architecture experience, with at least 2 years in a pre-sales or solution consulting capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds, Salesforce Industries, and integration capabilities.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in financial services, automotive, manufacturing, consumer sector, or ERI (Energy, Resources, and Industrials) sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in RFP/RFI management, solution design, and business case creation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Industries) preferred.
