Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and technical expertise to customize and extend Dynamics functionalities to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP).
  • Customize entities, workflows, plugins, and dashboards to support business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform data migration and integration with other enterprise systems using tools like Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or custom APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365.
  • Maintain documentation for solutions, configurations, and customizations.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Dynamics ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) development.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
  • Experience with Dynamics SDK, REST APIs, and custom plugin development.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and data model.
  • Experience with Azure services and DevOps is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) are desirable.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
