Your work profile
As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber Brand and Marketing Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders with the intention to exceed expectations and elevate the cybersecurity brand presence across internal and external audiences.
- Cybersecurity Events: Execute internal and external cyber events, webinars, and campaigns with cross-functional and vendor coordination.
- Content Development: Create and manage thought leadership content, website, blogs, articles, whitepapers, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Social Media Management: Own the social media calendar, ensuring timely, brand-aligned posts and performance tracking.
- Brand & Risk Governance: Ensure all materials meet brand and RRO guidelines; support teams through risk and brand approval processes.
- Media Coordination: Liaise with media teams for article placements, interviews, and press releases to maintain consistent messaging.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement: Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a central tracker for all brand and marketing activities; report on performance and approvals.
- Strategic Research: Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitive positioning to guide brand strategy and content direction.
- Cyber CSR: Support digital safety and awareness initiatives through community outreach and responsible cyber practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or technology.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities.
- Familiarity with brand, risk and compliance processes in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media management platforms.
- Ability to research cybersecurity trends, audience behavior, competitors, and brand positioning to inform strategy and content development.
Location and way of working
- Base location: Bangalore
- This profile involves travelling to event locations.
