Your work profile 

 

The Security Support Engineer will be responsible for operational support, administration, and troubleshooting of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions. The role involves incident management, policy administration, user support, and ensuring the effective protection of organizational data across cloud and enterprise environments.

  • Provide support for Forcepoint DLP and CASB platforms (Palo Alto Enterprise DLP/CASB and/or Zscaler CASB).
  • Manage and troubleshoot DLP incidents, policy violations, and data protection alerts.
  • Support CASB policy administration, cloud application monitoring, and access-related issues.
  • Analyze logs and events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform policy tuning and rule modifications to minimize false positives and improve detection effectiveness.
  • Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams during incident resolution.
  • Maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
  • Participate in change management, patching, and platform maintenance activities.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and operational tickets related to Forcepoint DLP and CASB platforms, ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Implement approved changes, policy updates, and user/application onboarding activities following change management processes.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for recurring incidents and contribute to problem management activities.
  • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and provide support during audits and compliance reviews.
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 security operations environment and provide support for critical business and security incidents.

 

Key Skills Required

 

  • Hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP administration and incident management.
  • Experience supporting CASB solutions such as Palo Alto or Zscaler.
  • Understanding of data classification, data protection, and cloud security concepts.
  • Experience in policy management, alert investigation, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, networking fundamentals, and authentication technologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Professional is required to work from office  
  • Education: B.E./B.Tech (Tier 1/2) or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
